“Those who worked behind the scenes to get the first edition of Luminaria: Arts Night in San Antonio up on its feet were expecting around 20,000 people to turn out downtown Saturday night. Instead, organizers say, more than 100,000 filled the streets, sampling the talents of hundreds of artists.”
