Cut and Paste/X Marks the Art exhibition

The most recent round of X Marks the Art installations has been organized by PASA with the services of a lead artist, Cruz Ortiz. The exhibit, collectively entitled Cut and Paste features over 15 installations, representing 22 artists, in 14 vacant downtown properties.
