    After a spectacular debut performance with the San Antonio Symphony
    in 2010, and appearance in the 2011 Cactus Pear Festival, Ryo Yanagitani,
    SAIPC's most recent Gold Medalist (2009), returns for this highly anticipated
    performance in the Beethoven Sonata cycle (6th recital of 8 in this series).


    Sonata No. 12 in A-flat, Op. 26, "Funeral March"
    Sonata No. 4 in E-flat, Op. 7
    Sonata No. 28 in A, Op. 101
    Sonata No. 8 in C minor, Op. 13, "Pathetique"


    SAIPC is proud to announce performances of all 32 Piano Sonatas in eight concerts; the first time that all 32 sonatas have been presented in series in San Antonio. Performances will be on January 7, January 10, January 17, January 24, January 31, February 7, February 14, and February 18, 2012.
