My class is built on the principle of creating an inner atmosphere within which will allow the body to have an opportunity to move openly, honestly and expressively.

One important characteristic of class is the use of arm and hand gestures coordinated with the shifting bone structure, specifically the pelvis, allowing the movement to have a rich and organic power. The result is a class constructed on movement themes which slowly evolve and lead to the choreography at the end of class.

Participants should have some knowledge of ballet and modern techniques at an Intermediate level.*
